Classic Beef Jus
Classic Beef Jus is made using a traditional French mirepoix: caramelised onions, celery, leeks, carrots, garlic and a blend of four herbs. It is then combined with beef and chicken stock, infused with red wine, seasoned with cracked pepper and salt, and reduced with a little corn starch to produce a stunning plate sauce.
