Beef Stock
Essential Cuisine Beef Stock won a Superior Taste award in 2008 – recognition of the care and attention that was taken to produce this exceptional stock.
Beef Stock is a one-third reduction stock from which practically all fat has been removed – resulting in a 99% fat free product.
The final stock is characteristed by a rich, glowing colour, enhanced by the addition of pure tomato paste.

Chicken Stock
Essential Cuisine Chicken Stock is made from 100% pure chicken and water – with the natural flavour achieved through the roasting process to create what is commonly referred to as 'brown chicken stock'.
The finished stock is 99% fat free.
